This is a one day event that gives you space and time to connect with your higher consciousness and wisdom for heart expansion, healing and insight. 

We will be working with the spirit of the beautiful, heart opening ‘Rose’ and the Mary Magdalene. The day will require fasting (forgoing breakfast and lunch) as we diet with an elixer made from the rose plant. It is a day of deep personal nurture, a gift to the self.
