Esoteric & Energy Healing Training
Held over 5 seperate days in the heart chakra of Gaia – Avalon, Glastonbury.
1st February, 22 February, 14th March, 28th/29th March 2026
9.45 am- 4.30pm each day.
This is a foundational course for those who want to learn how to connect with and anchor in their spirit guides, safely open themselves as a healing channel and learn a powerful shamanic healing procedure
Day 1. We will be looking at the spiritual principles and foundations that connect us to the spirit world, learn about the deeper nature of chakras and the messages they hold. You will be introduced to how to safely prepare yourself as a healing channel, and practice a powerful shamanic energy healing procedure.
Day 2. Will include grounding techniques and connecting with your power animal guide, tuning in to your higher self for guidance and the healing procedure practice.
Day 3 . Will include connecting with your spirit teacher in the higher realms, learning to see and work with the auric field and healing practice with added elements to enhance it.
Day 4. Will focus on managing your empathy and vibration, getting clarity of your own extra sensory abilities and how to build psychic protection. We will practice the healing procedure with added elements.
Day 5. To become a clear healing channel and remember the Divine Self we must master our own thinking and our emotions, this day will introduce you to techniques to help this process. You will also learn the distant healing procedure.
What you will gain from the course:

A foundational understanding of how we as spirit beings in human form connect with the spiritual hierarchies.

A deeper understanding of how healing energy and the energetic system of the body and aura works and how to maintain them.

Techniques to master your mind and emotions, how to manage empathy and ground, how to psychically protect yourself and your client.

You will have activated a connection with your spirit guides and higher self and have tools to continue building these relationships for ongoing support and guidance.

You will have opened your own inner healing portal and have a powerful healing procedure at your hands to use for the benefit of friends, family or clients.
For people who would like to continue with the healing technique taught on the course I offer a follow up 'Healing Practice Group' every 6 weeks - its a 3 hr event with a meditation and time to do the healing on each other, a wonderful way to practice and receive healing whilst forging deeper friendships.
